Basic Commission Terms

Must be 18+ to commission. Contact for questions about parental permission. Artist currently accepts payments through PayPal via invoicing only. Prices are in USD. For commissions over $200 USD, a minimum deposit of 25% is required. For all others, payment is required at time of invoicing, to be held for seven (7) days before cancellation.

Commission requests are not guaranteed accepted or added to the queue until confirmation is granted via client’s preferred communication method. Acceptance is at artist’s discretion and NOT guaranteed. Artist reserves the right to cancel any commission for any reason at a full refund if no work has been done, and at a pro-rated amount at the artist’s discretion based on the amount of work completed if work has already been started (see refund section). Anything outside a General rating will be considered solely at the artist’s discretion. Art may incur additional nominal fees for complex designs such as wings or patterns at the artist’s discretion, to be agreed upon between artist and client before invoicing.

Process

  1. Potential clients submit inquiries by contacting the artist, typically via bluesky, telegram, or email - if volume necessitates, a commission form will be used.

  2. Artist reviews, discusses project and terms with the client, and accepts or rejects the project.

  3. If project is accepted and agreed upon by both parties, artist invoices client.

  4. Upon payment or deposit, artist will provide works-in-progress and updates throughout the progression of the artwork.

  5. All deliverables will be sent via the communication method previously established (at this time any remaining balance will be due).

  6. Up to two rounds of revisions are permitted at no additional charge. Additional revision rounds will be permitted at a fee of $50/hr per revision.

  7. Upon client final approval, the commission will be considered complete and fulfilled.

Ownership

Unless client requests otherwise, the artist may display, post or otherwise use the art in manners including but not limited to:

  • Art may be displayed upon the artist’s gallery or otherwise posted online

  • Art may be attributed to client

  • Art progress may be streamed

If client requests otherwise, no such postings or attributions will occur in accordance with the request.

Client may use the art on their own galleries if and only if attribution to the artist is included. Client may crop or alter the art for social media profile pictures only. PLEASE request alterations if desired - no fee for minor edits such as crops or color changes.

Artist’s work is NOT to be used or modified under any circumstances by AI or LLM models. Artist’s work is NOT to be included for training of AI or LLM models. Artist’s work is NOT to be resold. Artist may seek legal remedies if these terms are disregarded.

Artist retains original rights to commissioned artwork and any selling of reprints or commercial use are prohibited. In the event commercial use is needed, please contact artist about purchasing full-use rights.

Refunds

If work has not been started, client may be refunded upon request 100%.

If work has been started, client may be refunded upon request a pro-rated amount at the artist’s discretion based on the amount of work completed. This will be based on a base estimate of $50/hr but will be, as stated, at artist’s discretion.

If the artist cancels the commission, client will be refunded 100%, except in the following cases: if client engages in slanderous/libelous or inappropriate behavior, if client becomes unavailable for contact for fourteen (14) calendar days while client’s project is in progress, or if client otherwise breaks terms of service, the commission will be considered unable to finish and will canceled at 0% refund.

Other Notes

Artist makes art 100% by hand and puts a lot of care and integrity into these custom-made works, and cares very much about your satisfaction. If you have any concerns, PLEASE contact as resolution is preferred to any other action. I want you to get the art you want and be happy with it!
