Currently for merchandise and physical art media such as badges, we are only able to offer guaranteed shipping to the US, and apologize for any inconvenience. If you are located outside the US and are not located in a US-embargoed country or territory, please contact for special shipping calculation. For physical art media, I am typically available for convention in-person pickup if we attend the same convention. As per above, please contact.

Returns

Commissioned Art Works

If work has not been started, client may be refunded upon request 100%.

If work has been started, client may be refunded upon request a pro-rated amount at the artist’s discretion based on the amount of work completed. This will be based on a base estimate of $50/hr but will be, as stated, at artist’s discretion.

If the artist cancels the commission, client will be refunded 100%, except in the following cases: if client engages in slanderous/libelous or inappropriate behavior, if client becomes unavailable for contact for fourteen (14) calendar days while client’s project is in progress, or if client otherwise breaks terms of service, the commission will be considered unable to finish and will canceled at 0% refund.

Physical Merch

You are eligible for 100% refund if we are unable to fulfill for any reason attributable to us, such as lack of stock or quality mismatched with advertisement, or if an item has not already shipped.

If an otherwise satisfactory item has already shipped, it is unfortunately not eligible for refund.
